I've built a few of these kits and this one has the nicest fit on the little book spines — they slot in without any sanding. The warm LED strip that runs behind the top shelf gives the whole parlor a soft glow at night.

The multi-level shelving really does look like a tiny Victorian library once it's lit up, and the indigo spines pop nicely against the wood. Took me two evenings to assemble and one of the staircase pieces needed a bit of sanding to fit, but it was worth it.
