The lift actually works every time, which I didn't expect from a wooden kit. Watching the marble climb the track and then drop through the city towers is weirdly satisfying. Took me two evenings to assemble but nothing fit wrong.

Watching the marbles climb the lift and drop back into the track never gets old, and the futuristic towers actually look good on my shelf. Took me a couple evenings to assemble, but the pieces fit cleanly and nothing wobbled once it was together.

The automatic marble lift is such a cool touch—watching the marble get carried to the top feels properly futuristic, and the interlocking pieces fit together with satisfying precision. I was nervous about the build at first, but the mechanism runs smoothly once you get it aligned.
