The pieces came out of the sheet with a clean pop, so no tools or glue were needed at all. We sat and pieced the dolphin together over an evening, and it was surprisingly good for keeping both me and my son engaged.
My kid is only six, so I was worried the pieces would be too fiddly, but the punch-out sheets are really well cut and everything clicked together without any glue. We spread it over two afternoons and the dolphin looks fantastic on his shelf now.
Took about an hour with my nephew, and the punch-out pieces fit so snugly we didn't need a drop of glue. The dolphin's curves are surprisingly smooth once assembled, and it's now sitting on his shelf looking sharp. Great way to keep both of us off our phones.
