I wasn't expecting the palette to feel this much like an actual painting, but the blues and yellows are seriously vivid. Took me about three evenings to assemble, and the little layered pieces fit together better than I feared. It's sitting on my shelf now and I keep glancing over at it.

I've never tried a book nook kit before, but the tiny painted details in this one kept surprising me the whole way through. The vivid palette really does feel like staring at a van Gogh canvas once it's lit up on the shelf. Took me a couple evenings to finish and I'd happily do it again.

The colors in this kit really do pop like a van Gogh painting, especially the deep blues and golds once it's lit up. Took me about four evenings to assemble and the tiny pieces tested my patience, but the finished nook looks great on my shelf.
