Assembling the little bakery counter took me about three evenings, and the tiny pastries behind the glass case are what sold me. It's smaller than I expected even for a stackable kit, but it fits perfectly on my bookshelf next to the others.

I've built a few miniature kits before, but this one is smaller than I expected and somehow that makes it cuter. The tiny pastries behind the counter took me almost an hour to glue together, and I didn't even mind. It now sits on my desk and everyone who sees it asks where I got it.

The dark blue walls and tiny pastries make this look like a real neighborhood bakery, and the smaller scale fits perfectly on my bookshelf. Took me two evenings to assemble and every piece snapped in without glue issues.
